Enjoy your breakfast in your hotel. Your guide will pick you up at the hotel and you will drive in a minibus to Ras Mohammed in about 20 minutes. This national park is located on the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula. You can already look forward to snorkeling in Egypt’s most beautiful reef during the trip. The numerous corals and fish as well as the stunning colors of the underwater world will enchant you! After this spectacular morning we will serve you a picnic on the beach.

The area around Ras Mohammed is also known for its mangrove forests. These are usually found in central Africa and are the only trees that grow in and with salt water.

In the afternoon, drive back to the hotel and relax on the beach for the rest of the day. Dinner at the hotel.

Today you can expect a relaxing day in the hotel. Enjoy the beautiful beach and the clear, turquoise water. Let yourself be pampered by the beach bar and the friendly service.

Breakfast at the hotel and drive to the boat harbor. You change to an inviting yacht, which will take you to Tiran Island. The Tiran Island convinces with its beautiful coral reefs and the numerous colored fish. This coast is perfect for diving, snorkeling, or swimming in the clear water.

Enjoy lunch on board before being driven back to shore. Return to the hotel.

Today you can treat yourself to another relaxing day around the hotel. Benefit from the daily sun and replenish your vitamin D stores!

Today is a great highlight of this travel program: You climb Mount Moses in the dark of the early morning hours. It is the Holy Mountain where Moses received the Ten Commandments from God for the children of Israel.

At midnight we start from the hotel. In about 2.5 hours you drive to St. Katharina, the place at the foot of Mount Moses. A Bedouin mountain guide accompanies you during the 2-hour ascent under the starry sky to 2285 meters above sea level. Once at the top, you will be rewarded for your efforts with a contemplative experience: the breathtaking sunrise.

After the hike back to St. Catherine, you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in a local restaurant. Around 9:00 am we will visit St. Catherine’s Monastery, located at 1585 meters above sea level. It is one of the most famous monasteries in the world and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002. According to legend, the burning bush, where God revealed himself to Moses, was located here.

On the way back to the hotel you will experience and photograph the beautiful mountains and landscapes of the Sinai.

People who do not want to climb the Mosesberg go directly to St. Catherine’s Monastery at around 7 a.m.
