Pyramids and Nile Cruise: 8 Days Between Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan
Starting at SFr. 1,805.00
A Pyramids and Nile cruise is one of the most impressive travel experiences in the world—and it is precisely this perfect combination that awaits you on our 8-day journey through Egypt. It begins in the heart of vibrant Cairo, right at the gates of the last remaining of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and then takes you on a comfortable domestic flight to Luxor, where a luxurious 5-day Nile cruise between Luxor and Aswan awaits you. Few trips combine history, culture, and pure enjoyment as harmoniously as this Egypt tour from Cairo to Luxor.
The journey begins on the Giza Plateau with the world-famous pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, as well as the mysterious Sphinx—a moment you’ll never forget. This experience is complemented by a visit to the new Grand Egyptian Museum, which houses the world’s largest collection of ancient Egyptian art. Afterward, the Nile takes center stage: Aboard the comfortable 5-star Nile cruise ship M/S Salacia, you’ll glide leisurely past temples, palm groves, and small villages as you discover Karnak, the Valley of the Kings, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and the Temple of Philae in Aswan. This transforms a classic city tour into a complete Nile cruise through Egypt that leaves nothing to be desired.
Whether as a couple, with your family, or as a customized private tour of Egypt —this trip can be flexibly tailored to your preferences. Private, air-conditioned vehicles, first-class accommodations, and a German- or English-speaking tour guide ensure that you feel completely taken care of and safe from the first day to the last.
